I was a very dedicated student in high school, and I am now a hard working freshman student at Flordia State University. I was a TA my senior year for AP Psychology, as well as in AP English Language. I recieved a 1370 on my SAT, as well as recieving the following AP Grades: AP Psychology: 5 AP English Literature: 5 AP Calculus: 4 AP English Language: 3. I want to be a tutor to help students who are struggling or who need a little extra help with high school, I just graduated last year from high school and I remember the classes and the challenges, but I believe I managed to excel and I want to help others do the same. I would also like to earn a little extra college money, in a way that is intellectually stimulating and helpful to others. At the same time I want to be helping fellow students, especially in the areas of Math (algebra and calculus) and English (writing). I am currently taking Macroeconomics, MicroApps for Business, Oceanography, and Race/Ethnicity. I am a very hard-working, school-oriented person, I was a member of National Honor Society in high school at Palm Harbor University High School. As part of my volunteering I tutored students in the cafeteria after school every Tuesday for an hour and a half. It was a good opportunity to refresh my own knowledge on the material as well as to help someone else who is taking a particular class I managed to do quite well in.
