I will help the student in the confidence department by leading them to a learning experience that is all their own. I want to see the student succeed; that is, my goal is to create the situation in which the student no longer requires a tutor! Qualifications: - Previously employed as a Mechanical and Vibration Engineer in Tallahassee, FL for 9 years - BS Mechanical Engineering, Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL - Minors in Math and Physics - Experience in paid tutoring services at the Gulf Coast Community College Success Center, Panama City, FL - Experience tutoring children with Literacy Volunteers of Leon County (LVLC), Tallahassee, FL I love helping people and watching someone "get it"! Rates are $15 - $25 per hour, varying with subject level and frequency of service. A short interview at no charge is preferred for any parents seeking services for their children. Prospective students and parents may make contact through email; expect a response within twenty four hours.
