Experience
Before returning to graduate school to work on my PhD in physics I spend 5 years teaching physics and math at a small private academically high school in California. I taught Physics, AP Physics, AP Calculus, PreCalculus and 8th grade science. I recently took both the general GRE and the physics GRE and scored in the 90th percentile on both exams. I have taken the full undergraduate physics curriculum at Columbia University. I have also taken many math classes at Columbia University including Calculus I, II, II, discrete math, Probability, LInear Algebra, Linear Spaces, Applied Math I and II, Differential Equations and Partial Differential Equations and Complex analysis. I have taken all of the core graduate courses at FSU including advanced Electrodynamics, Advanced Dynamics, Advanced Quantum Mechanics and Advanced Statistical Mechanics. I love tutoring and have over 15 years of tutoring experience. The students that I tutor have always been happy and benefited significantly from working with me.
