Education
I am currently a senior at Florida State University studying Mathematics. I dabble in computers, and have a keen sense of the first years of physics and chemistry.
Experience
I received a 5 on the Calculus and physics AP tests, and a 4 on the statistics and chemistry AP tests. I graduated from Stanton College Preparatory high school with a student award for outstanding performance in Calculus. I test extremely well, and have an excellent understanding of the mathematics I have studied. I very much enjoy tutoring. My peers find my enthusiastic approach to the sciences helpful and I enjoy enlightening them with the occasional unsolvable mathematical mystery! I grew up participating in many activities within the church, as well as volunteering with students and adults with disabilities in my mother's non-profit organizations. I have recently volunteered as a mentor for PeaceJam. I share these specific experiences demonstrate my strong ability to communicate with people of all ages and abilities in any given circumstances. Having worked as a dedicated employee at a veterinary clinic for 3 years and currently a Panera Bread associate for 2 years while attending school full-time, I am determined to put my specialties to good use!
