I have taken every math course available up through differential equations and am well versed in history from the Roman Empire to World War II. I played four years of collegiate baseball (Appalachian State) and tutored my teammates in math, physics, and history. I was selected in May 2010 to enter the U.S. Navy's aviation program to be a fighter pilot upon the completion of my bachelor's degree. I want to be a tutor because I understand how a students ability to grasp the basic fundamentals of a subject greatly determines their academic success.
