I'm a tutor in the Tallahassee, Florida area, who recently graduated from Florida A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I'm currently looking to pursue a master's degree in Math Education. I began tutoring while I was in high school, where I tutored my peers with coursework they were struggling with, and I tutored students taking remedial classes when a was a sophomore in college. I understand that everyone learns at a different pace, and I strive to adapt my own teaching style to meet the needs of my students. I tutor students in math for students in 1st through 12th grades, elementary school math, middle school math, pre-algebra, algebra, college algebra, pre-calculus, geometry, science, 3rd and 4th grade science, chemistry, Spanish, and statistics. I'm also available to help students prep for the mathematics portion of the PSAT and improve their organization and study skills. I maintain a flexible schedule, and I'm available for tutoring during the summer months.When I have free time, I enjoy dancing, knitting, and reading.
