Experience

I am currently teaching a 1000 Latin American History college course at Florida State University where I am working on my PhD in History (specifically Latin American History). I would like to be a tutor because I feel it is a good opportunity for me to help share some skills that got me this far in my education as well as helping students prepare for college. My strengths are definitely in history courses and Spanish courses as well. However, I did tutor (unpaid) college algebra during my undergraduate years. I am currently not taking classes but working on my dissertation proposal. I recently (Fall 2008) passed my comprehensive exams, written and oral. A C.V. is available upon request.
